Prof. S. Venkateswaran is a distinguished Management Professor with a specialised focus on Global Management Policy Development, particularly in the field of Human Resources Management. His academic background is notably diverse, holding advanced degrees in Biology, English, and Applied Linguistics. This multidisciplinary expertise allows him to approach management education with a holistic and global perspective. His career has seen him serve as a Visiting Professor at various international institutions, where he is widely respected for his contributions to academic discourse and policy formulation in HR and management practices.
Beyond academia, Prof. Venkateswaran plays an influential role in the building management sector. He is a certified registered building manager and the founding Secretary General of the Building Management Association of Malaysia (BMAM), where he has been instrumental in shaping industry standards and promoting professional development.
